## Current Career Opportunity: Refinery Staff
We are currently expanding our operational team and looking for a dedicated individual to fill the Refinery Staff position. This role is crucial in maintaining our stringent quality standards and ensuring smooth, efficient production cycles.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Operation & Monitoring: Oversee and execute daily refining processes strictly in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on process parameters to guarantee that all output meets our high-end quality benchmarks.
* Equipment Management: Properly operate vital production machinery and infrastructure, including pumps, valves, filters, and process tanks.
* Sampling & Documentation: Perform routine product sampling and accurately log operational data into the designated log sheets.
* Reporting & Troubleshooting: Promptly identify and report any process deviations, quality discrepancies, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisory team.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this operational role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum education of SMA or SMK, with a preferred academic focus in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a CPO Refinery Operator or within the food manufacturing industry.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of refining, bleaching, deodorizing, and fractionation processes.
* Operational Skills: Capable of closely monitoring critical process parameters—such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, and fluid levels—while maintaining precise production records.
* Availability: Fully willing and able to work on a rotational shift schedule.
