## Current Job Openings

1. Heavy Equipment Operator (Code: HEOP)

Responsibilities:

* Safely operate heavy machinery and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
* Conduct daily pre-operation checks in alignment with maintenance manuals.
* Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and documentation.
* Assist in coal handling activities with the stacker-reclaimer team.
* Ensure rigorous compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Requirements:

* Minimum education: Senior Vocational School (SMK).
* Valid operator license (SIO) for wheel loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or dump trucks is highly preferred.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good command of English; willingness to work on-site in Batang.

2. Instrument & Control Junior Technician (Code: ICJT)

Responsibilities:

* Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on I&C systems to ensure reliability.
* Perform system repairs, modifications, and performance upgrades.
* Manage the I&C workshop and maintain equipment readiness.
* Contribute to the improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

* Diploma (D3) in Physics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of industrial I&C experience (fresh graduates with strong technical potential are welcome).
* Competence in automation systems and Microsoft Office/Project.
* Fluency in English and ability to handle emergency on-site assignments.

3. Mechanical Junior Technician (Code: MEJT)

Responsibilities:

* Perform mechanical system maintenance to optimize plant performance.
* Execute repairs and machinery improvements efficiently.
* Maintain workshop standards and technical documentation.
* Ensure all maintenance work strictly adheres to HSE protocols.

Requirements:

* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering (GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00).
* 1–2 years of experience in coal-fired power plants is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Solid understanding of mechanical systems and equipment upkeep.
* Strong verbal and written English skills.

4. Electrical Junior Technician (Code: ELJT)

Responsibilities:

* Conduct troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades on electrical systems.
* Maintain electrical tools and workshop instruments in optimal condition.
* Assist in the documentation of electrical maintenance and SOP updates.
* Collaborate during outages to ensure minimal operational disruption.

Requirements:

* Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering (GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00).
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in power plant electrical maintenance is preferred.
* Knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.

5. GA Facility Management Supervisor (Code: GA-FMS)

Responsibilities:

* Oversee General Affairs (GA) asset management and reporting.

Requirements:

* Fluent in English with excellent communication capabilities.
