We are currently seeking ambitious, talented individuals to join our professional team through our Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP). This program is designed to cultivate future leaders in the mining industry through structured mentorship and hands-on site experience.
Available FGDP Specializations
* FGDP – Engineering: Focused on technical precision and project development.
* FGDP – Production: Focused on operational efficiency and resource management.
* FGDP – Plant: Focused on the maintenance and optimization of heavy machinery.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Engineering & Production: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mining, or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geology.
* Plant: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* General Requirements:
* Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive leadership mindset.
* Completion of the third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine is mandatory.
* Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in East Kalimantan.
* Must be available to attend the in-person recruitment selection process in Samarinda.
* Work Location: Successful candidates will be assigned to the Kaubun Site in East Kutai.
