## Roles and Responsibilities
At BCA Syariah, our Frontline team serves as the face of our institution. We are currently recruiting for the positions of Customer Service and Teller.
Customer Service Excellence
The Customer Service representative acts as a financial partner to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care:
* Advisory Services: Identifying client needs and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
* Account Management: Processing account openings, closures, facility updates, and data modifications.
* Operational Support: Providing information on account balances, transaction history, and printing financial statements or clearing records.
* Service Resolution: Serving as the primary point of contact for handling and resolving client inquiries or formal complaints.
* Strategic Growth: Actively engaging in cross-selling initiatives to promote the bank's diverse service offerings.
Teller Operations
The Teller plays a vital role in maintaining the security and efficiency of our daily branch operations:
* Transactional Accuracy: Executing front-office operations in strict accordance with Islamic banking protocols.
* Cash Management: Overseeing daily cash box requirements, managing limits, and performing end-of-day balancing.
* Operational Continuity: Resolving communication time-outs and off-line transaction discrepancies promptly.
* Product Promotion: Participating in cross-selling efforts to support the bank’s business objectives.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
To ensure the high standards our clients expect, we are seeking candidates who embody professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative or Teller within the banking sector. Candidates with a background in the "Magang Bakti BCA" program are highly encouraged to apply.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a persuasive nature, a friendly demeanor, and high attention to detail.
* Sales Mindset: A proven ability to effectively cross-sell financial products.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our branches located in Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
