Engineering & Project Management
* Project Manager (Max 40 years): Requires an S1 in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
* Site Manager (Max 40 years): Requires an S1 in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience in project coordination, budget planning (RAB), and technical drawing interpretation.
* Site Engineer (Max 30 years): Requires a D4/S1 in Civil Engineering and 1 year of experience. Must be adept at budget planning and technical document review.
* Project Cost Control (Max 30 years): Requires a D3/S1 in Civil Engineering with 1 year of experience. High proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimation is essential for this Surabaya-based role.
* Pelaksana Lapangan (Max 35 years): Requires a D4/S1 in Civil Engineering with 1 year of experience in field operations and technical site management.
Specialized Technical Roles
* Welding Inspector: Requires D4/S1 in Welding or Mechanical Engineering. Must hold a BNSP Welding Inspector certificate, NDT Level II, and familiarity with international standards (ASTM, API, ASME).
* Drafter: Requires SMK/D3/D4/S1 in Civil or Building Engineering. Must demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in producing precise, high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD.
* Surveyor (Max 35 years): Requires SMK to S1 in Civil/Building Engineering with 1 year of experience. Must be skilled in using Total Station equipment and site land development.
* Mekanik: Requires SMK in Mechanical Engineering. Focuses on machine maintenance (pumps, vibrators, mixers) and requires the ability to provide daily operational reports.
Operations & Support
* Internal Audit (Max 35 years): Requires an S1 in Accounting with 3 years of experience. Preference is given to those with a background in Public Accounting firms. This role is based in East Java.
* Logistik Proyek: Requires a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and 3 years of experience in logistics. Candidates residing in East Java are preferred.
