## Role Overview: Production Operator (Lathe / Bubut)
We are looking for a hands-ers and technical experts to operate and maintain our machining lines. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming raw materials into high-precision components that meet rigorous international quality standards.
Core Responsibilities and Daily Tasks
* Machining Operations: Execute lathe (bubut) procedures accurately in strict accordance with active Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough dimensional and visual inspections of finished turned parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine daily inspections on machinery to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
* Asset Care: Take proactive responsibility for the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of assigned machines and auxiliary processing equipment.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this position, applicants must meet the following professional and technical criteria:
* Age Limit: Male candidates aged a maximum of 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK) graduate.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* System Familiarity: Demonstrated working knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak machine control panels, alongside familiarity with Job Order systems.
* Tooling Knowledge: Solid understanding of lathe machine inserts and cutting tools.
* Technical Blueprint Literacy: Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings.
* Measurement Skills: Competent in selecting, handling, and reading precision measuring instruments.
* Advanced Technical Skills: Ability to write cycle programs and utilize CAM software (such as Mastercam) will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: High work motivation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure.
* Health & Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* Work Location: Willing to be stationed at our facility in Cikarang.
