## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The Supervisor Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of operational leaders. As an SVDP participant, you will be on the front lines of our manufacturing excellence, ensuring that our high standards of production are maintained across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be to optimize operational efficiency and uphold the company's rigorous safety protocols. Your daily duties will include:
* Production Oversight: Monitoring manufacturing output throughout your shift to ensure all targets are met in strict accordance with the master production plan.
* Problem-Solving: Identifying technical challenges and determining root causes related to production output, product defects, and material waste.
* Safety and Compliance: Leading, directing, and implementing rigorous safety standards and 5S (5R) methodologies across the shop floor to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
## Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking resilient individuals who possess a strong technical background and a natural aptitude for leadership. To be considered for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience Level: While fresh graduates with high potential are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a manufacturing production environment are highly preferred.
3. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
4. Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a rotating shift system.
5. Location: Applicants must either reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tangerang area.
