## Role Overview: Logistic Staff
As a Logistic Staff member, you will serve as a crucial pillar in our supply chain ecosystem. Your daily responsibilities will directly influence our nationwide distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Shipping Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the seamless dispatch of goods from our central warehouses directly to our valued customers.
* Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous digital records for all incoming and outgoing inventory, guaranteeing absolute stock accuracy.
* Demand Fulfillment: Monitor stock levels proactively to ensure product availability precisely matches market demand.
* Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify the physical condition of all merchandise entering and leaving the facility to uphold our rigorous brand standards.
* Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve logistical bottlenecks swiftly, including transit delays, damaged goods, and inventory discrepancies.

Educational & Technical Qualifications
* Degree Requirement: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Academic Performance: Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates with proven internship experience in supply chain or logistics are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
* Mobility: Fully willing and able to undertake official business travel when required.
