## Program Qualifications
To ensure a high-impact experience, PT Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk is seeking motivated individuals who meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Chemistry.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Chemistry/Chemical Engineering: Familiarity with research and development (R&D) and complex production processes.
* Mechanical Engineering: Understanding of production workflows and industrial maintenance.
* Civil Engineering: Experience or knowledge regarding building maintenance and structural upkeep.
* Soft Skills: A proactive, highly motivated mindset with the ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and a collaborative team member.
* Commitment: Ability to commit to a full 6-month duration for the program.
* Location: Willingness to be stationed at our facility in Citeureup, Bogor, West Java.
