## Career Opportunity: Warehouse Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our Karawang facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of pharmaceutical materials within our GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Input and update incoming and outgoing stock data, ensuring real-time visibility of all assets.
* Documentation Excellence: Prepare and manage comprehensive warehouse reports, shipping documents, and regulatory records.
* Operational Compliance: Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, quality standards, and internal warehouse compliance procedures.
* System Proficiency: Utilize advanced ERP systems, such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure data accuracy.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with related departments to synchronize operational activities and optimize workflow.
* Stock Oversight: Conduct regular stock opname and cycle counts to maintain inventory precision.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Industry Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical sector, with a deep understanding of warehouse and supply chain management.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Proven expertise in material handling procedures—including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping—aligned with GMP/CPOB standards as mandated by the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and specialized experience with pharmaceutical industry equipment and production processes.
* Communication: Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal, are required for success in this role.
