## Accounting Staff Job Description
As an Accounting Staff member at PT Anugerah Vata Abadi, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our operations. Your primary daily responsibilities will include:
* Transaction Recording: Accurately preparing and maintaining both sales and purchase journals.
* Inventory and Cash Control: Conducting routine and periodic physical stock opnames and cash opnames to ensure absolute accuracy.
* Financial Reporting: Compiling, analyzing, and delivering comprehensive monthly financial statements in a timely and precise manner.
* Transaction Auditing: Thoroughly examining financial records and transactions to verify compliance and detect discrepancies.
* Data Management: Maintaining and organizing the company's accounting database efficiently.
* General Finance Duties: Executing various other ad-hoc accounting and financial assignments as directed by management.
## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a seamless transition into our dynamic finance team, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven working experience within a retail or minimarket environment. Highly motivated and capable fresh graduates are also strongly encouraged to apply.
* Educational Background: Possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Technical Software Proficiency: Deep understanding and practical mastery of the Accurate accounting software program.
