## Shaping Future Leaders: Management Trainee Program
We are currently seeking ambitious, high-potential professionals to join our Management Trainee (MT) Program. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of leadership within PT. Antarmitra Sembada. Participants will play a vital role in:
* Supporting branch management and optimizing daily operational workflows.
* Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to boost branch performance.
* Managing customer relations and resolving inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
* Ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and regulatory compliance.
Successful completion of the program leads to a placement as a Branch Manager or Branch Sales Manager, determined by comprehensive performance evaluations conducted throughout the training period.
## Professional Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our standard of service and operational integrity, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Professional Background: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Supervisor in the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry, or at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
* Academic Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Leadership Traits: A target-oriented mindset combined with unwavering integrity and proven leadership capabilities.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of our 31 branches across Indonesia.
* Legal Requirement: Possession of a valid SIM A driver’s license.
