## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to manage our internal and external labor dynamics, ensure compliance, and foster harmonious workplace relationships at our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
* Oversee union relations and day-to-day employee relations initiatives.
* Draft comprehensive legal opinions and legal standings.
* Review, draft, and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Maintain proactive external relations with government bodies, including the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and the Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working as an Industrial Relation Staff member within a manufacturing setting.
* Possession of an active advocate certificate is strongly preferred.
* Must be fully willing to be stationed at our Gempol Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Deep expertise in handling industrial litigation and non-litigation processes.
* Strong capability in drafting formal legal opinions and institutional MoUs.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and advanced negotiation skills.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous quality assurance professional dedicated to maintaining our rigorous standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and execute annual internal audit risk assessments.
* Consolidate and recapitulate internal audit results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Collaborate closely with relevant department heads to resolve audit findings.
* Perform rigorous internal audits to guarantee strict adherence to corporate product safety policies.
* Assist and coordinate preparations for upcoming pre-external audit inspections.
Candidate Requirements
* Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related discipline.
* Exhibit strong English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
* Bring at least 2 years of proven working experience as a QA Internal Audit professional within a manufacturing environment.
* Must be fully prepared to work on-site at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Comprehensive understanding of internal auditing standards based on ISO 19001:2015.
* Thorough knowledge of BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Point (CCP) frameworks.
* Excellent interpersonal abilities coupled with strong cross-functional communication skills.
