## General Requirements for Applicants

* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or recent graduates from any relevant field of study.

* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work exclusively on-site (Full WFO).
* Availability: Must be prepared to join our team as soon as possible.
## Specialized Requirements and Operational Details
Certain positions require specific scheduling and logistical arrangements to ensure our students receive consistent, high-quality support.
Operational Protocols for Academic Coaches
* Part-Time Shifts: Candidates applying for the Part-Time Academic Coach role must be available to work during the evening and overnight shift, specifically from 18:00 to 08:00 WIB.
* Residential Policy for Regional Coaches: For Academic Coach positions located outside of the Bekasi branch (Yogyakarta and Bandung), personnel are required to reside in the company-provided accommodation (mess).
* Bekasi Placement: Candidates selected for the Academic Coach role based in our Bekasi headquarters are not required to reside in company-provided housing.
