1. Management Trainee Program 2026
This program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders across our business units, including PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia, PT Adhimix PCI Indonesia, PT Abadi Prima Inti Karya, and PT Indo Sarana Jaya Perkasa.
* Qualifications: Fresh graduates with a minimum D4 degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Accounting. A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
* Key Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high integrity, discipline, and a willingness to work under tight targets. Candidates must be mobile and prepared for placement at any Adhimix location.
* Responsibilities: Mastering core business processes, participating in hands-on field training, cultivating leadership skills, and driving innovation.
2. R&D Staff (Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)
We are looking for technical experts to enhance our fabrication and design capabilities.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in engineering or fabrication is required. Proficiency in 3D modeling, assembly, and detail drawing (CAD) is essential.
* Key Responsibilities: Designing mechanical 3D models, performing reverse engineering for product development, ensuring material quality, and maintaining compliance with international standards (SNI, ISO, ASTM, etc.).
3. HSE Staff (Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)

* Qualifications: D3 degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Public Health. AK3U certification from Kemnaker is preferred. Must possess a valid driving license (SIM A).
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring field safety, conducting site inspections, managing K3 documentation, and ensuring total compliance with national safety regulations.
4. Field Implementation Officer (Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)

* Qualifications: High School (SMA/SMK) graduates, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or Fabrication. Candidates should be comfortable reading technical shop drawings and using precision measurement tools.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinating project activities from fabrication through to site installation, managing material requests, and reporting on project progress.
5. Digital Marketing and Customer Service (Manufacturing Division, Bekasi)
Help us strengthen our digital footprint and enhance our client relationships.
* Qualifications: D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration. Strong proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, social media management, and content creation tools (Canva/Photoshop) is required. Must be fluent in English.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the corporate website, creating marketing content, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and quotation preparation.
