## Work Roster and Requirements
To ensure optimal performance and work-life balance, these roles operate on a specific rotation schedule tailored to the seniority of the position:
* Superintendent Level: 7 weeks on, 2 weeks off (7:2 roster).
* Supervisor & Foreman Level: 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off (8:2 roster).
Applicants must be prepared to be stationed at our North Konawe mining site and possess the necessary technical qualifications to support our complex mining operations.
