## 1. Human Resources (HR) Staff
The HR Staff role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about people management and organizational excellence. You will play a vital role in supporting our workforce and ensuring operational efficiency at our site.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Support: Provide daily HR administrative assistance to employees and site management teams.
* Payroll & Attendance: Manage employee attendance tracking and support the payroll process, including precise overtime calculations.
* Reporting: Assist in the preparation of HR reports and provide analytical support for decision-making.
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the end-to-end recruitment process and manage employee asset administration, including onboarding and offboarding procedures.
* Engagement: Contribute to the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and various HR programs at the site level.
* Compliance: Ensure all HR activities strictly adhere to labor regulations and internal company policies.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship or organizational experience in HR is considered an advantage.
* Fundamental knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR administrative best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute asset management strategies that align with broader corporate objectives.
* Facility Management: Supervise daily operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, utilities, housekeeping, and tenant services.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve maintenance or operational issues within building facilities.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary liaison between tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless building performance.
* Maintenance Monitoring: Evaluate both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain assets in peak condition.
* Compliance: Ensure all operational activities strictly follow building safety standards and industry regulations.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in property management, facility management, or building operations.
* Strong technical background in MEP systems, HVAC, and building maintenance.
* Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and effective problem-solving.
* Relevant certifications (Facility Management, Fire Safety, or BNSP Building Management) will be highly prioritized.
* Flexibility to travel for site visits across Jakarta and operational areas such as Batang, Central Java.
