## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this rigorous Management Trainee initiative, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Male applicant, maximum 25 years of age.
2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
4. Mobility & Commitment:
* Fully willing to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia based on company needs.
* Prepared to reside in company-provided housing (mess) throughout the training duration.
* Ready to commit to a mandatory 2-year service bond upon program acceptance.
* Fully committed to completing the intensive training curriculum.
5. Health Standards: Physically and mentally fit, with a strict requirement of being free from color blindness.
