The Jakarta Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs (Dinas PPKUKM) is officially seeking highly motivated professionals to join the Jakarta Creative Hub team for the 2026 fiscal year. This initiative is designed to drive excellence in urban creative management, supporting the growth of local industries and entrepreneurial ecosystems across the capital.
## Available Positions
The department is currently accepting applications for seven specialized roles. Candidates are permitted to apply for only one position:
* Creative Manager/Head: 1 position
* Assistant Creative Manager: 1 position
* IT & Asset Development Staff: 1 position
* Social Media Specialist: 1 position
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: 1 position
* Event Activation Specialist: 1 position
* General Administration Staff: 1 position
## General Requirements
All applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to be considered for the recruitment process:
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Integrity: Physically healthy, free from drug usage, and possess a clean criminal record.
* Compliance: Active Taxpayer status (NPWP) and an existing Bank Jakarta account.
* Documentation: Possession of an NIB (Business Identification Number) under KBLI 70209 (Management Consulting Activities) and an active SIKAP account.
* Commitment: Willingness to work full-time; must not hold a concurrent expert position in other government agencies.
## Specialized Qualifications
Each role requires specific educational backgrounds and technical skill sets:
Leadership Roles
* Creative Manager/Head: Bachelor’s degree, max age 48, 3+ years experience. Expertise in strategic thinking, financial oversight, and stakeholder management.
* Assistant Creative Manager: Bachelor’s degree, max age 35, 2+ years experience. Proficiency in project management tools (Trello/Asana) and operational excellence.
Technical & Creative Roles
* IT & Asset Development Staff: IT/IS degree, max age 35, 1+ year experience. Requires CCNA certification (or equivalent), web development skills, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Social Media Specialist: Diploma/Degree, max age 35, 1+ year experience. Must be skilled in copywriting, trend analysis, and digital platform analytics.
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s degree, max age 40, 1+ year experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
* Event Activation Specialist: Diploma/Degree, max age 35, 1+ year experience. Expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and crisis response.
* General Administration: Diploma/Degree, max age 35, 1+ year experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
## Selection Timeline and Procedures
The recruitment process will follow a strict, merit-based selection system. Please adhere to the following schedule:

2. Administrative Review: December 29, 2025 – January 2, 2026.
3. Announcement of Admin Results: January 5, 2026.
4. Competency Selection & Interviews: January 6–7, 2026.
5. Final Results Announcement: January 8, 2026.
6. Contract Execution: January 15, 2026.
