As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high production efficiency, operating modern processing equipment, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute Manufacturing Processes: Conduct daily processing tasks accurately in accordance with established Batch Production Orders (BPO) and Production Orders (PO).
* Machine Operation: Safely operate production machinery following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Equipment Maintenance & Hygiene: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment and rooms to preserve sterile, controlled environments.
* Shift Coordination: Coordinate work shifts smoothly within production areas following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP / CPOB / CPOTB) guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
