## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently hiring for various critical departments to support our ongoing operations. Applicants should possess a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) and must be willing to be stationed in Lampung Tengah or Tulang Bawang.
1. Accounting
* Education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Computer Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
* Key Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), strong data analysis skills, and a solid understanding of accounting cycles and financial reporting (Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, P&L).
2. Drone Team
* Education: D3/S1 in any major.
* Key Requirements: Understanding of drone operations, maintenance, and relevant flight software like Mission Planner.
3. Factory Division
* Education: S1/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Technology, Food Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
* Key Requirements: Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. Roles available in Mill & Boiler, Engineering Services, Process House, and Electric & Instrumentation.
4. Personnel (HR)
* Education: S1 in Law or related fields.
* Key Requirements: Proficient in MS Office, strong knowledge of government labor regulations, and exceptional data analysis skills.
5. Plantation
* Education: D3/D4/S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Geodesy, Surveying/Mapping).

6. Workshop
* Education: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering.
