Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Hiring: Oversee the complete recruitment and selection lifecycle to ensure workforce requirements are met efficiently and on schedule.
* Assessment & Evaluation: Administer psychological tests and conduct comprehensive candidate interviews.
* Talent Management: Develop, organize, and maintain robust recruitment databases and active talent pools.
* Partnership Building: Foster and sustain strategic relationships with external hiring partners, educational institutions, and various sourcing channels.

Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
