## The TAP Management Trainee Program (TMTP) 2026
We are officially opening applications for our prestigious Management Trainee Program. This initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders through intensive training and hands-on experience within our diverse operational landscape.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the TMTP 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to current year graduates and those from the previous year.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a service bond for 2 years and 6 months.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our sites across Kalimantan or Sumatra.

1. Agronomy
* Disciplines: Agronomy, Agribusiness, Agroecology, Palm Oil Processing Technology, Forestry, Soil Science, Geography, Plant Pests and Diseases, Geodesy, and Geomatics Engineering.
2. Sustainability, Infrastructure, and Mill
* Sustainability: HSE, Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, Fire Safety, and Public Health (HSE specialization).
