## Management Trainee Program Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the right blend of academic foundation and professional potential. To qualify for the Management Trainee position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Open to current-year graduates and alumni from the previous year.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond for a duration of 2 years and 6 months.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our plantation sites located in Kalimantan or Sumatra.
