## Available Professional Opportunities
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our engineering and commercial divisions to support our expanding operations in power systems and large-scale project management.
1. Engineer & Senior Engineer
The Engineering team is responsible for the full lifecycle of power system solutions, ranging from initial client consultations and design proposals to project execution, commissioning, and final handover.
* Analyze customer requirements and develop comprehensive technical proposals.
* Conduct equipment sizing, cost estimation, and detailed engineering design.
* Manage project execution, including testing, commissioning, and project documentation.
* For Senior Engineer: Provide technical leadership and mentor team members to ensure project success.
* Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Electrical, Marine, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Minimum 3 years of experience for Engineer positions, or 5 years for Senior Engineer roles.
* Proven background in sectors such as Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Marine, or Power Systems.
* Deep expertise in the end-to-end engineering project lifecycle.
* Proficiency in English and strong stakeholder management skills.
* Professional certifications (PMP, Data Center, or Professional Engineering) are highly preferred.
2. Cost Controller
Our Commercial division is seeking an analytical professional to oversee financial integrity and ensure that projects remain profitable and within budget.
* Monitor and manage project budgets, cost commitments, and real-time expenditures.
* Perform variance analysis and generate accurate financial forecasts.
* Identify potential cost risks and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders.
* Prepare detailed financial reports to support project decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Engineering or a related field (min. GPA 3.00).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control, Project Finance, or Commercial Engineering.
* Advanced knowledge of project budgeting, cash flow projection, and financial reporting.
* High level of proficiency in SAP/ERP and project cost management software.
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
