## Role Overview: Tax Administration Internship
As an intern in our Tax department, you will play an active role in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency. You will support our professional team in managing essential fiscal responsibilities and contributing to our ongoing digital transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will focus on the following core areas:
* Assisting in comprehensive tax administration and reporting workflows.
* Managing sensitive employee tax-related documentation and data.
* Supporting the accurate calculation and administration of PPh 21.
* Contributing to internal process improvements and digital transformation projects.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for dedicated candidates who possess both the academic foundation and the analytical mindset required to thrive in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Final-year students or recent graduates holding a D3, D4, or S1 degree in Taxation, Fiscal Administration, or a closely related field.
* Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Preferred Assets: Prior knowledge of Brevet A/B certification or experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is considered a strong advantage.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and a high level of attention to detail when working with complex datasets.
* Language: Basic proficiency in English is required.
