## Job Profile: Technical Trainer – Factory
PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya is actively seeking a dedicated professional to fill the Technical Trainer – Factory position. This role is vital for ensuring that factory personnel maintain peak operational standards and technical proficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Curriculum Development & Execution: Design, structure, and implement comprehensive technical training programs tailored for factory personnel.
* Specialized Instruction: Deliver high-impact training sessions covering machinery, equipment handling, maintenance protocols, and overall technical processes within the manufacturing facility.
* Competency Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness and measure participant competency levels to ensure skill retention and application.
* Gap Analysis: Identify organizational training needs by analyzing operational performance gaps on the factory floor.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and other relevant departments to align training initiatives with production goals.

Candidate Qualifications
