## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high standards of service our customers expect, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Technical Proficiency: Must possess excellent typing speed and high attention to detail.
* Mobility: Candidates for positions 1 and 2 must be prepared for door-to-door customer pickups.
* Licensing: Male applicants must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A for car pickup; SIM C for motorcycle pickup) and have access to their own vehicle.
* Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and demonstrate high levels of integrity and responsibility.
