## Information Technology Recruitment 2024
We are seeking dedicated experts to join our IT division. These roles are designed for individuals who thrive in technical environments and are committed to maintaining the high standards of a national institution.
1. Senior System Administrator (SAP BASIS)
This critical role requires a seasoned professional capable of maintaining complex SAP environments.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or related fields.
* Core Competencies:
* Expertise in installation, tuning, and optimization of SAP products (ECC, RISE, S4/HANA, Fiori, PO, and BW/BI) across on-premise and cloud platforms.
* Proficiency in database management, specifically HANA, Sybase, MSSQL, and DB2.
* Advanced knowledge of operating systems including Linux (SUSE), Windows, and Unix.
* Strong background in system upgrades, migrations, backup, and restoration.
* Expertise in High Availability and Disaster Recovery protocols.
* Experience & Certifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator.
* Mandatory certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate (OS/DB Migration, HANA 2.0, Authorization and Auditing Advisory), and SAP Certified Technology Specialist (S/4HANA Conversion and System Upgrade), along with Cloud Architecture skills.
2. Junior Programmer (.Net Core TDES)
We are looking for a collaborative developer with a solid foundation in modern web architecture.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* Core Competencies:
* Deep understanding of the .NET Core framework, including architecture, API development, and server/client-side applications.
* Strong proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries to manage data within SAP HANA databases.
* Experience:
* At least 5 years of professional experience as a web developer.
* Proven history of implementing web applications within state-owned insurance enterprises or similar corporate environments.
3. Senior Programmer (ABAP/SAP Developer)
Our development team requires an expert in ABAP to streamline our internal business systems.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology-related disciplines.
* Core Competencies:
* Advanced ABAP development skills, including RICEFW (Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Form, and Workflow).
* Comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), HR (Human Resource), and FI (Financial Accounting).
* Ability to perform complex debugging, troubleshooting, and SQL querying for SAP HANA.
* Experience with SAP PI/PO integration and knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 is highly preferred.
* Experience & Certifications:
* Minimum of 7 years in ABAP development for custom reports, backend applications, and system integration.
* Must possess valid certification in ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.4 or an equivalent credential.
