## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Warehouse Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution operations. You will be the backbone of our administrative warehouse functions, ensuring that data flow and personnel records remain precise.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Warehouse Documentation: Handling all administrative tasks essential for daily warehouse functionality.
* Personnel Management: Overseeing attendance records, managing overtime logs, and maintaining comprehensive, up-to-date employee databases.
* Order and Logistics Processing: Managing and inputting purchase orders (PO), delivery notes (Surat Jalan), and shipping orders with high precision.
* Supplier Coordination: Managing supplier-related purchase orders and verifying the receiving process to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Reporting: Preparing and submitting accurate daily operational reports to management.
## Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of warehouse workflows. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
