Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or equivalent).
* Age Range: Between 21 and 35 years old.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in oil and gas operations (onshore or offshore).
* Licensing: Proficiency in operating a trailer is required. Candidates must possess a valid B2 Driver’s License with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience with Light Vehicles (LV) is welcomed, but trailer operation experience will be prioritized.
* Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
* Technical Literacy: Competency in computer operations.
* Health Compliance: Must have completed the full COVID-19 vaccination series (Dose 1, Dose 2, and Booster).
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotation schedule, reside in remote areas, and be permanently based in Duri, Riau.
