1. Recruitment Staff
The Recruitment Staff oversees end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring the organization attracts, evaluates, and retains qualified candidates aligned with strategic manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, and onboarding administration.
