Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is mandatory.
* Experience Level: We welcome applications from high-potential fresh graduates, as well as professionals with 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
* Technical Proficiency: A comprehensive understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
* Analytical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is essential for effective data management and reporting.
* Creative Advantage: Proficiency in multimedia tools—specifically graphic design or video editing—will be considered a significant plus.
Core Responsibilities
As a Recruitment & Selection Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization is staffed with the talent necessary to maintain our competitive edge. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Workforce Fulfillment: Monitoring the Manpower Plan (MPP) fulfillment across various divisions, including Crew Store, Helper, Back Office, and the Alfability program.

3. Systems Development: Supporting the creation, maintenance, and monitoring of internal recruitment applications and digital platforms.
