Key Responsibilities
As a Flight Operation Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our flight network. Your primary duties will include:
* Preparing comprehensive data and regulatory information necessary for aircraft dispatch.
* Conducting rigorous data analysis to verify safe dispatch conditions and filing ATC Flight Plans in strict accordance with regulations.
* Confirming that all scheduled flight crew members are briefed and prepared before departure.
* Supervising the performance of ground handling representatives at various airports.
* Coordinating seamlessly with airport authorities and relevant aviation agencies.
* Maintaining and updating essential company manuals and operational documentation.
* Generating detailed monthly flight operation reports for management review.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Education: Minimum SMA, D3, or S1 degree.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience within the aviation industry.
3. Certification: Must possess an active and valid FOO (Flight Operations Officer) License.
4. Skills: Strong computer literacy and professional fluency in the English language.
5. Flexibility: Must be willing to work in shift rotations.
6. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational hubs, with a specific focus on TJQ, PLM, and DJJ.
