## Job Overview: Logistics and Toll Out Administrator
PT SMART Tbk is currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the Logistics and Toll Out Administrator role. This position plays a vital part in maintaining supply chain integrity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency at the company facilities located in Bandung Regency.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will handle a diverse range of inventory and logistics management duties to ensure seamless daily operations:
* Inventory Auditing: Conduct routine stock opnames to guarantee that all inbound and outbound material movements match physical inventory counts precisely.
* Quality and Safety Monitoring: Inspect product expiration dates and immediately report any food safety anomalies or discrepancies to management for swift corrective action.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the commercial and production departments to monitor stock availability and drive operational efficiency.
* Procedure Enforcement: Supervise and execute all protocols regarding goods receipt, dispatch, and product returns in strict accordance with company standards.
* Documentation and Dispatch: Generate delivery orders for distributors and Sinar Mas Group entities while maintaining meticulous physical and digital filing systems for all warehouse records.
* Reporting and Analytics: Prepare periodic inventory reports and categorize receipts to supply management with actionable data for continuous improvement.
* Workplace Standards: Implement and champion 5S and safety programs to foster a clean, secure, and ergonomic working environment.
Candidate Qualifications
