## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of safety and productivity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in the applied position.
* Willingness to be stationed at the Weda Bay Nickel (WBN) jobsite in North Maluku.
* Prepared to work under a scheduled roster system.
* Preference is given to candidates holding BNSP certifications (such as POP, POM for supervisors).
* Valid driving licenses are mandatory (SIM BII Umum for drivers and heavy equipment operators).
* Relevant technical certifications, such as Basic Mechanic Course (BMC), are highly advantageous.
