## Current Job Openings
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles at our Cikarang and Karawang plants. Candidates must be in excellent physical and mental health, possess a disciplined work ethic, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in both team and individual settings.
1. Production Operator
* Core Responsibilities: Execute production tasks in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensure optimal product quality, maintain workplace safety and sanitation, and provide regular operational updates to management.
* Requirements: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
2. Painting Operator
* Core Responsibilities: Operate painting machinery following SOPs, manage quality control of finished surfaces, maintain equipment cleanliness, and report production progress.
* Requirements: High school diploma (SMA/SMK). Prior experience as a Painting Operator in the automotive manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
3. Quality Control (QC)
* Core Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive product inspections using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.), manage daily documentation, ensure products meet strict specifications before shipment, and uphold health and safety regulations.
* Requirements: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) with verifiable experience in automotive manufacturing quality control.
4. BII General Driver
* Core Responsibilities: Safely operate transport trucks, manage delivery schedules, perform pre-operational and post-operational vehicle checks, and maintain strict adherence to traffic laws and company protocols.
* Requirements: Minimum high school diploma, must hold an active SIM BII General driver’s license and an active SIO for Forklift operation. Minimum of one year of experience in truck driving and forklift handling.
5. Maintenance (Mold & Injection)
* Core Responsibilities: Execute scheduled maintenance and repairs for injection and painting machinery, perform effective troubleshooting, ensure tool availability, and implement K3 safety standards.
* Requirements: Vocational (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Must have experience with injection molds, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance tools such as chillers, compressors, and cooling towers.
