SERA is currently seeking motivated, high-caliber talent for its Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP). This intensive, six-month accelerated learning track is specifically designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and corporate practice. Participants will gain deep functional insights into core management processes, preparing them to handle critical financial oversight within the SERA Group.
## Key Responsibilities in Finance & Administration
Successful candidates entering this program will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial and administrative integrity of our branch operations. Key duties include:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, overseeing billing progress, tracking accounts receivable (A/R), and verifying payment requests and debt recognition documentation.
* Transaction Management: Executing thorough bank checks for vendor and customer payments.
* Operational Reporting: Monitoring branch cash levels and generating precise, timely reports regarding branch performance and annual budgetary requirements.
* Asset Management: Regularly inspecting the condition and maintenance costs of public facilities and branch-specific assets.
* Personnel & Compliance: Overseeing administrative staffing, implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and championing a safe, health-conscious work environment through facility management and medical protocols.
## Eligibility and Selection Criteria
We are looking for proactive individuals ready to jump-start their careers within a leading national organization. To qualify for the FADP, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Applicants with up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting will be viewed favorably.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old at the time of application.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements regularly.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical reasoning, a customer-centric mindset, and high initiative.
* Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our branches throughout Indonesia.
