We are currently recruiting for three key positions that play a vital role in our ongoing growth and operational excellence.
1. Management Trainee (MT)
The Management Trainee program is designed for ambitious individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a keen eye for operational efficiency.
* Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Exhibit a proactive, creative, and innovative mindset.
* Maintain high attention to detail with advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Show proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Display the ability to thrive both in team settings and independent tasks.
* Previous experience in the education or language learning sector is considered a significant advantage.
* Location: This is a Work From Office role based in Malang, East Java.
2. Digital Marketing Lead
We are looking for a strategic thinker to spearhead our online presence, drive brand growth, and manage high-impact campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
* Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Possess an in-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, CRM, and content marketing.
* Show expertise in managing social media ecosystems (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
* Demonstrate a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
* Proficiency in running PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
* Must be able to join our team immediately.

3. Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will oversee our fiscal health, ensuring accurate reporting and sound financial decision-making that supports our corporate objectives.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
* Between 3 to 6 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance management role.
* Strong command of financial reporting, data mining, and tax regulations.
* Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent business judgment with the ability to communicate complex financial data effectively across teams.
* Familiarity with financial management software and analytical tools.
