## General Qualifications and Eligibility
To ensure we maintain our high operational standards, candidates must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Age Requirements: Applicants for positions 3 and 4 must be between 18 and 26 years old. For all other positions (1, 2, 5, 6, and 7), the maximum age is 35.
* Education: A minimum of a High School diploma (SMA/Sederajat) is required.
* Marital Status: Candidates for trainee programs (3 and 4) must be single and remain unmarried throughout the duration of their training.
* Physical and Professional Fitness: Applicants must be in good health, highly disciplined, and willing to work hard in remote plantation environments where internet connectivity may be limited.
* Logistics & Experience:
* Candidates for roles 1 and 2 must own a motorcycle.
* Professional experience is mandatory: 3 years for positions 1 and 2; 2 years for positions 5 and 6; 1 year for position 7.
## Benefits and Terms for Trainee Programs
Participants selected for the Agronomy Foreman, Harvest Clerk, and Transport Clerk training programs will undergo a comprehensive three-month development phase. During this period, the company provides:
* A monthly stipend to support the trainee.

* Full training equipment, including sportswear, safety footwear, hats, and instructional modules.
Trainees are required to submit their original diplomas to the company for a period of two years as part of the service bond. Upon successfully completing the three-month training, graduates will be appointed as permanent employees.
