## Job Opening: Production Operator
We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Production Operator to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our production lines run efficiently while maintaining our rigorous standards for food safety and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and thermoforming equipment in accordance with operational standards.
* Strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines, occupational health protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Conduct routine checks on equipment performance to minimize downtime and optimize output.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or vocational high school (SMK) equivalent. Background in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred.
* Experience: Prior hands-on experience operating production machinery, specifically thermoforming equipment, is a distinct advantage.
* Competencies: Strong ability to comprehend technical work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
* Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule.
* Work Location: Placement will be at our modern facility located in the Milenium Industrial Estate, Cikupa.
