1. Operational Admin (Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi)
The Operational Admin plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of our logistical data and documentation.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
* Experience: At least 1 year in an operational admin role, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in managing delivery documents (surat jalan), systematic data entry, report generation, and document archiving.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
2. Service Advisor (Makassar)
Our Service Advisors are the bridge between our fleet maintenance standards and operational excellence.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Technical fields, with a preference for Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Service Advisor.
* Knowledge: Expertise in heavy vehicle maintenance (Preventive & Corrective), vehicle systems, and parts catalogues.
* Responsibility: Oversight of the repair process from initial assessment to the final quality check.
* Admin Skills: Competent in managing Work Orders (SPK) and daily repair reporting.
* Availability: Willing to work in shifts as required.
3. General Repair Mechanic (Pasuruan, Gresik, & Surabaya)
We are looking for hands-on professionals to maintain the integrity of our truck fleet.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive or Light Vehicle Engineering.
* Skills: Demonstrated ability in truck maintenance and repair.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to perform "storing" or emergency roadside assistance.
* Mindset: Ability to perform under pressure, maintain high levels of discipline, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
* Mobility: Willingness to be deployed across all PT Seino Indomobil Logistics workshops as required.
4. Body Repair Mechanic (Makassar, Pasuruan, Gresik, & Surabaya)
Specialists in vehicle aesthetics and structural integrity are essential for our fleet's longevity.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive.
* Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in body repair, welding, or coach-building (karoseri) workshops.
* Requirements: Valid SIM A driver's license. A professional welding certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Work Ethic: Honest, disciplined, and capable of meeting high-pressure production targets.
