## Open Position: QC Patrol (Operator Level)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Patrol Operator to maintain our rigorous production standards. This role is a full-time position located at our main manufacturing facility in Lippo Cikarang.
General Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Experience: Minimum of one year in the plastic injection molding industry, with a specific focus on automotive components.
* Availability: Full-time commitment.
Core Technical Competencies
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following skills:
1. Measurement Proficiency: Ability to effectively use precision measuring tools, including Calipers and Micrometers.
2. Visual Quality Assurance: Comprehensive understanding of visual inspection methodologies to identify and mitigate production defects.
3. Technical Literacy: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret technical engineering drawings and blueprints.
4. Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational characteristics and quality standards of plastic injection parts.
5. Professional Conduct: Possession of a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, high-performing factory floor environment.
