## Current Openings: Trainee Operator Program
We are currently seeking dedicated candidates for our specialized Trainee Operator Program. This comprehensive initiative is designed to equip participants with the essential technical expertise required to excel in modern plantation operations.
Positions available under this program include:
* Driver LV & DT (Light Vehicle and Dump Truck)
* Heavy Equipment Operator
* Tractor Operator
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our trainees are fully prepared for the demands of the field, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) from any major.
* Experience Level: Exclusively open to fresh graduates eager to jumpstart their careers.
* Health and Fitness: Physically and mentally fit to handle operational field duties.
* Commitment to Training: Willing to undergo an intensive 4-month training program.
* Service Bond: Willing to complete a mandatory 2-year service agreement upon graduation.
* Mobility: Willing to be deployed to any of our operational sites across Central Kalimantan.
