Citra Borneo Indah Group, in collaboration with PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk., is proud to launch the 27th cohort of our flagship Management Trainee (MT) program. This initiative is designed for ambitious, talented fresh graduates who are ready to make a significant impact in the agricultural sector.
We are currently seeking candidates for the following streams:
* MT Estate: For graduates with a background in Plantation or Agriculture (min. D3).
* MT Administration (KTU): For Accounting graduates (min. S1).
* MT Mill: For candidates specializing in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology (min. D3).
* MT Shipping: For those with backgrounds in Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (min. D3).
## Eligibility and Program Structure
The MT program is an immersive professional journey designed to build future leaders. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a minimum D3 or S1 degree in a field relevant to the chosen stream.
* Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Must be unmarried.
* Willingness to undergo rigorous training at our operational sites in Central Kalimantan.
The program consists of a 3-month intensive training period, followed by a 9-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase, leading to a professional service agreement.

We are conducting an exclusive Campus Hiring event at the Politeknik LPP Yogyakarta.
