## Maintenance Staff (Electrical)
We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious professional to join our engineering division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our production facilities and infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
* System Maintenance: Execute repair and maintenance activities for electrical systems and workspaces in strict accordance with Foreman Engineer directives and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Power Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections of kWh meters to ensure precise energy tracking and perform preventative measures to mitigate electrical leaks, short circuits, or potential disruptions.
* Generator Management: Oversee the proactive maintenance, inspection, and repair of power generators to ensure they remain in optimal condition for immediate deployment when required.
* Panel Servicing: Maintain and perform technical repairs on electrical panels, including Medium Voltage (MV) systems, while adhering to stringent safety protocols.
* Issue Reporting: Proactively identify electrical vulnerabilities or system malfunctions and report them to management for timely resolution.
* Safety Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (K3) regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a vocational high school diploma (SMK/SMA) or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in electrical maintenance, with a preference for candidates familiar with electrical panels and generator operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of electrical principles, distribution systems, and installation maintenance. Applicants should be proficient in using technical tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and standard hand tools.
* Fire Safety Knowledge: A solid understanding of fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, fire extinguishers (APAR), hydrants, and Master Control Fire Alarm (MCFA) systems.
* Security Systems: Familiarity with CCTV and surveillance hardware.
* Soft Skills: A proactive, responsible mindset with the ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team.
