## About the Operator Preparation Program (OPP)
The Operator Preparation Program is a strategic initiative designed by PT Saptaindra Sejati to bridge the gap between education and industrial requirements. This apprenticeship program underscores our dedication to community empowerment, skill enhancement, and preparing the next generation of Indonesian talent for a successful career in the mining industry.
Participants will gain hands-on experience and professional training, ensuring they are well-equipped to contribute effectively to our operational success and their own professional future.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for passionate individuals who are ready to build a career in a world-class mining environment. To be eligible for the OPP, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
* Education: High school graduate (SLTA) or equivalent.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 163 cm with a proportional body weight.
* Health: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Experience: Must not have previously participated in PT Saptaindra Sejati training programs (OPP, MPP, TPP) and must not be a former employee of the company.
* Residency: Open to residents of Tabalong, Balangan, East Barito, and South Barito Regencies.
## Required Documentation
Candidates are requested to prepare the following documents to support their application:
1. Formal Application Letter.
2. Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Scanned copy of the final diploma (Ijazah).
4. Copy of the final academic transcript.
5. Scanned copy of your e-KTP (National Identity Card).

7. A valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
