Role Overview: Staff Quality Assurance
This position is integral to maintaining our operational excellence and compliance with global standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience (2–3 years preferred) in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Integrated Management Systems (IMS), internal auditing, or equivalent roles.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Awareness of ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 is highly valued.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated experience in auditing, gap analysis, and the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
* Additional Assets: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Power BI, and the flexibility to travel for business purposes.
