## Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Production Foreman at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high operational standards. Your core daily responsibilities will include:
* Machine Operation: Oversee and guarantee that all production machinery operates seamlessly according to established company standards.
* Process Supervision: Monitor the production workflow within your designated zone to ensure output meets strict targets for both quantity and quality.
* Data Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records and logs for all production-related activities.
* Material Coordination: Verify that material allocation and usage align precisely with production planning schedules.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively spearhead initiatives and operational enhancements to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this critical manufacturing role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a D3 or D4 degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering).
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a production environment; high-potential fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5S principles, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, high personal integrity, accountability, and strong resilience.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule (with standard off days).
