## Overview of the Richeese Factory Management Trainee 2025 Program

Key Candidate Qualifications
We are searching for high-achieving, enthusiastic candidates who meet the following strict criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or Food Technology.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
