Key Roles and Responsibilities
Selected trainees will undergo a comprehensive development path, including:
* Structured Training: Completion of a tailored curriculum designed to build technical proficiency.
* Production Mastery: Learning the nuances of PE Extrusion and Narrow Slitter processes in strict accordance with company standards.
* Operational Excellence: Operating advanced machinery while adhering to rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Safety and Standards: Upholding workplace cleanliness and strictly following Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food-grade production protocols.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Vocational high school (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or other relevant technical fields.
2. Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift-based system.
3. Core Competencies: A keen interest in the manufacturing industry, a rapid learning aptitude, high attention to detail, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
